June Caunce

June's legal career has been long and varied, spending time in private practice, a major house builders in house legal department and more recently in a large corporate conveyancing organisation. During this time June has dealt with all types of residential properties, freehold, leasehold houses and flats, shared ownership and new build properties both buying and selling. Also remortgage work and transfers of equity. June prides herself in my no nonsense approach and straight forward advice given in plain English and relishes the challenge of a new venture in the Chorley office.
