Phillip Gilmore

Originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne and having initially qualified as a Quantity Surveyor Phillip returned to study at Lancaster University to read Law.
Phillip began his professional training to become a Solicitor at Inghams Solicitors in 1997 the senior partner of that firm being Alan Vincent left in 2000 to set up in practice as Vincents Solicitors Phillip leaving with him.
Initially having only 3 employees the practice has seen tremendous growth both organically and through acquisition and is now a multi discipline practice with offices spread across the North West.
Phillip is now the managing partner and in addition to all his day to day managerial responsibilities has a full case load and is very much hands on in the practice. Phillip’s expertise includes dealing with all manner of complex general litigation, building construction and engineering disputes, serious and catastrophic injury cases including spinal and brain injury cases, contractual disputes in both business and individuals, both Claimant and Defendant and debt recovery. The nature of the work undertaken often includes cases issued out of the Royal Courts of Justice in London
