£17,000 Compensation for Accident at Work
Vincents Solicitors were successful in obtaining £17,000 in compensation for a lady who was involved in an accident whilst at work. Our client was walking outside her work premises where one of her work colleagues was washing the footpath and surrounding areas using a high pressure hosepipe. As our client was walking along the footpath her colleague moved the hosepipe which caused her to fall onto the footpath landing heavily onto her face. Our client sustained damage to two of her front teeth and a fracture to her nose as well as bruising to her face. Vincents solicitors were successful in recovering compensation for the injuries sustained and also for the costs of future dental treatment.
