Home to our main Conveyancing Hub, Vincents’ Chorley offers services to residential clients across Lancashire and beyond. It is led by Head of Conveyancing June Caunce, a conveyancer with more than 30 years’ experience.

June’s 18-strong specialist team handles more than half of the firm’s conveyancing cases and looks after all post-completion and registration activity.

Private Client services are also available for people in Chorley, we offer support for Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney, Probate, Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax.

Visiting our Chorley office also provides clients with access to experts in a broad range of legal specialisms from any of the firm’s network of regional branches. This includes Commercial Property, divorce, Care Proceedings Advice from the Family Law department; compensation claims and victim support from the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team; and business guidance, contracts, and employment services from the Corporate and Commercial team.

Directions To Our Chorley Office

By Train

The nearest stations are Chorley Railway Station (approximately. 2 miles) and Euxton Balshaw Lane (approximately. 1.0 miles).

Both are served by Northern Rail services from Preston, Bolton, and Manchester and other locations.

From Chorley Station, it’s around 10 minutes by taxi or a 30 minute walk to Ackhurst Business Park.

From Euxton Balshaw Lane Station, it’s around 5 minutes or a 20 minute walk to Ackhurst Business Park.

By Car

From the M6

  • Exit the M6 at Junction 28 (Leyland).
  • Follow signs for Chorley (A49) passing through Euxton.
  • Turn right onto the A581 (Southport Road) towards Chorley.
  • After about 1 mile, turn left onto Foxhole Road, following signs for Ackhurst Business Park.
  • Continue straight into the business park and look for Balmoral House on the right-hand side.

From the M61

  • Exit the M61 at Junction 8, signposted Chorley/Southport (A6/A674).
  • Take the A674 (Preston Road) towards Chorley.
  • At the roundabout by the Hartwood Hall pub, take the second exit onto Euxton Lane heading into Chorley. Chorley Hospital will be on your left hand side. You will then see Strawberry Fields Business Hub on the right hand before arriving at another roundabout. Please take the 2nd exit and continue past West Way Sports Hub on the left hand side, followed by the Lancashire Fire Centre on the right hand side. Then take the first exit.
  • At the large roundabout by Tesco Extra, take the second  exit onto Foxhole Road, signposted Ackhurst Business Park.

Parking: On-site parking is available directly outside the office, including designated disabled parking spaces.

 

By Bus

Regular bus services operate to and from Chorley Town Centre and Tesco Extra, which is right next to the business park. Chorley Bus Station is around a 25 minute walk from Vincents Solicitors.

The nearest stops are “Ackhurst Road” and “Southport Road/Tesco Extra”, both less than 5 minutes’ walk from the office.

Routes include:

109 – Preston to Chorley (via Southport Road)

347 – Southport Road to Chorley

Simply follow signs from the Tesco Extra roundabout into Ackhurst Business Park and look for Balmoral House which is directly straight ahead when you enter the business park.
