Jack Wood is Recruitment and Business Support Executive at Vincents Solicitors. He leads recruitment across every practice area at the firm, from apprenticeships and entry-level roles through to qualified and senior appointments.

Jack’s background is in legal agency recruitment, built up over a number of years before joining Vincents Solicitors. He recruits across the full range of the firm’s practice areas, covering all levels from apprentice to senior hire. He has a particular interest in senior roles, where he says the wider range of variables and long-term vision involved make the process especially engaging.

Qualifications and background

Jack holds a 2:1 law degree from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), gained in 2022. His experience developed through legal agency recruitment, giving him a grounding in the sector before he moved into an in-house role at Vincents Solicitors.

Jack works closely with colleagues across the firm and with professionals at other organisations throughout the recruitment process. He values honesty above all else in these relationships, as it keeps expectations clear and reduces the risk of misunderstandings.
