Lisa’s work centres on freehold residential conveyancing, covering both sales and purchases, alongside leasehold purchases. Over 28 years in the field, she has built a thorough, practical understanding of how to keep transactions on track and moving towards completion.

Qualifications and background

Lisa began her career at Pearsons, which became Turner Pearson before joining Vincents. She holds a range of certificates built up over her career and is currently studying for the Conveyancing Technicians Course, with the Licensed Conveyancing Course to follow. She has also started further study, including the Legal Executive Course, as part of her ongoing professional development.

Notable cases

Lisa has helped clients complete ahead of schedule to protect their financial position. In one case, she brought a purchase to completion before a new Stamp Duty threshold took effect, saving the client a significant sum. In another, when a delay on the seller’s side put her client’s own arrangements at risk, Lisa worked to bring the date forward again, meeting a revised deadline with four days’ notice and avoiding further cost to her client.
