Warehouse Accident at Work
We acted for a client in connection with a claim for personal injury and associated losses in connection with an Accident at Work. The client was walking through a warehouse during the course of his employment when he slipped on some plastic wrapping which had been left lying on the warehouse floor. This caused our client to fall and injure his left hand and arm. A colleague of his witnessed the accident and went to get the supervisor, who requested that our client was taken to hospital. Our client was awarded £5,000.00 compensation for his injuries.
