Receptionist, Lytham Park Street

As a result of continued business growth, we are looking for a full time Receptionist at our busy Lytham office. As front of house you need to be enthusiastic, professional, friendly and ensure our clients leave our offices with a great impression and feeling valued.

You must be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and have great time management. An element of sales skills is advantageous with this role as we do receive new client enquiries daily and the ability to recognise how best to help our clients and booking client appointments with fee earners is a key component of this.

The role will involve opening and distribution of incoming post and outgoing post organisation, general administration duties, welcoming visitors to the office, dealing with incoming telephone calls and email enquiries, co-ordinating and booking meeting spaces for client appointments, taking client payments and generally keeping the reception area running smoothly. Previous reception experience is required.

This is a Full-time office based position (Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm) at our Lytham office.

The Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience.
