Residential Conveyancer, Poulton
We have a vacancy in our Conveyancing Team at our Poulton office.
We are looking for an experience Conveyancer with at least 2 years PQE who can manage a diverse caseload including complex conveyancing matters. You will be working in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines whilst also working as part of a larger supportive team. Conveyancing Assistant
We have two opportunities available in our Conveyancing team, based at our Chorley and Lytham offices.
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll support our Conveyancers with their caseloads where clear communication, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.
While previous conveyancing experience is preferred, we’re also happy to consider candidates with transferable skills without legal experience.

Accounts and Finance Assistant Apprentice
Support the finance team with a variety of daily tasks, including invoice and expense processing, payments, record keeping, month end reporting and SRA compliance. This role requires strong accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, good IT ability, effective organisation and teamwork, along with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the finance team with day to day financial operations in line with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules
- Assist with processing purchase invoices, staff expenses and office disbursements
- Help maintain accurate client and office account records
- Handle incoming and outgoing payments under supervision
- Contribute to ensuring full compliance with SRA regulations and internal procedures
- Communicate professionally with fee earners, clients and external suppliers
- Maintain well organised digital and physical finance records
- Learn and use specialist legal accounting software
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required
Skills Required:
- Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately while meeting deadlines.
- Competent IT skills, including Excel, Word, and email.
Qualifications:
- GCSE Maths Grade 5/C & above.
Training:
- L2 Accounts and Finance Apprenticeship.
Personal Qualities:
- A genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Confident, motivated, and determined in achieving goals.
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset.
