Chloe Santoni is a solicitor at Vincents Solicitors, specialising in divorce and financial matters. She also works within the firm’s Private Client department, where her focus is probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and will drafting.
Experience and specialism
Chloe has worked across both areas since July 2023. Her divorce and family work centres on financial remedy cases, helping clients reach fair outcomes as they separate. Alongside this, her probate work supports clients with wills, LPAs and the practical steps of managing an estate — often at points when clear, careful guidance matters most.
Qualifications and background
Chloe trained at Vincents Solicitors under Chris Mathews and Mary Lowe. She holds an undergraduate LLB in Law and a postgraduate Master’s in Law.
Working with clients
Chloe values the trust clients place in her to secure the best possible outcome, particularly when they are going through a difficult and often life-changing time. She works to make that process a little easier, keeping communication clear throughout. One outcome she is especially proud of is helping a client remain in the family home they loved, following a financial remedy case.

Chloe joined Vincents Solicitors to be part of a local firm, having grown up in Lytham and wanting to give something back to her community in Lancashire. Being part of a team spread across seven offices gives her a sense of stability, with room to keep developing. Looking ahead, she is focused on building her knowledge and experience, with a particular interest in contributing to the Family team as it grows.
