Lisa Lodge

Lisa is an experienced private client solicitor with over 20 years experience and deals with estate planning and wills. She acts as a Professional Deputy looking after the property and financial affairs of those who do not have capacity to do so. During her time spent in this role she has built up an excellent client base in Court of Protection work. Lisa works with clients who may have lost capacity because of age related brain conditions or injury. This involves working with case managers, psychologists, occupational therapists, support workers, local authority, social workers and financial advisers.

In her role she provides advice to litigators of brain injury cases, makes applications to the Court of Protection and work with clients families providing support and advice regarding Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Office of the Public Guardian.

The role also involves advice regarding care and local authority financial assessments. Lisa also has excellent links with the charity sector.

Before working at Vincents Lisa worked for regional and national law firms, she combines all of her experience within her role as a Solicitor with her passion for business development and personal development, currently studying for her Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) professional qualification.
