Beth Laws

Beth is a paralegal within the Family Team here at Vincents, joining the firm in February 2019. Beth Graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2016 with a First Class Law Degree and intends on going back to university on a part time basis to complete the LPC and qualify as a solicitor.

Beth joined us from the Local Authority and has the advantage of working with cases from both sides of the spectrum. Beth specialises in matters involving children, including Care Proceedings and Private Law Proceedings.

Beth’s primary role in the firm is to assist Child Panel Solicitor Sarah Davis, however, also runs her own Pre-Proceedings files alongside this. Beth is also trained in making Legal Aid applications and assisting clients in respect of the criteria and evidence required in order to obtain Legal Aid.
