Mark Mosley

 Mark joined Vincents as head of Family Law and a Partner in 2010, having previously worked for Turner Pearson Solicitors.
Mark graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 1991, before attending the College of Law in York until 1992. He specialises in Divorce, Family Finances, particularly regarding owner managed businesses, Private Law Children, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Collaborative Law. Mark is a member of Resolution, trained in Collaborative Law Resolution and Mediation and is Law Society Family Panel Accredited.
He finds his work particularly enjoyable as he is dealing with an emotionally charged area of law, and is regularly involved in divorce finances, in which a major asset is the owner managed business, where he can assist and guide, for the joint benefit of both parties and often that of their children.
Outside of the law, Mark has a young family, with whom he travels up and down the country to music festivals.
