Our Response to Coronavirus (COVID)

Dear Client

In light of the on-going situation with regards Covid-19, the Coronavirus, we would like to reassure clients about the measures that Vincents Solicitors is taking to keep people safe, while also continuing to provide the very highest levels of service possible.

Considering the latest government guidance, and in order to help protect the health and well-being of our clients and employees, we have a responsibility to make some changes to the way we operate.

Over the coming weeks we will primarily be communicating via email, telephone and video conferencing and many of our staff will be working from home. You are unlikely to notice the difference. They will still be able to work for you, speak with you and be there for you, just in a different way.

We will be trying to minimise face-to-face contact and we would ask you not to come to our offices unless you have an appointment. We will be reducing home visits for all but the most vulnerable, for whom we will make specific arrangements. And we will suspend sending out information by post where possible.

We hope you can appreciate why we are taking these steps, and that clients will exercise patience and understanding while we all get to grips with this evolving situation. Our systems and procedures will enable us to adapt our service to you and we hope that our clients can be flexible in return.

We are also aware that many of our clients are in high risk groups and may require support - legal or otherwise - during these difficult times. We would urge anyone who is concerned about their own or a family member’s legal position to contact us for advice.

We would be grateful if you could reply to this letter to let us know which is your preferred means of communication.

Please take care of yourselves and those around you.

Kind regards
Phillip Gilmore, Solicitor, Managing Director
