Claim settled for a personal injury client in the sum of £4,740.00 plus treatment costs for an Osteopath in the sum of £240.00. Client was involved in a road traffic accident when she suffered whiplash type injuries. Upon examination by a medical expert and submission of the medical report to the third party insurers an offer of compensation was initially put forward in the sum of £2,010.00. Upon negotiations we managed to secure an increased offer as mentioned above.
