Driver and Passenger Personal Injury Claim
Accident circumstances: The Claimants vehicle was proceeding and gradually slowed on the approach to a junction. The Defendant’s vehicle which was proceeding to the rear of the Claimants vehicle failed to slow and consequently collided with the rear of the Claimants vehicle. The Defendant’s Insurers disputed liability, so we issued Court proceedings and they admitted liability shortly afterwards.
Compensation: The Claimants had suffered injuries and wished to attend medical appointments with a medical expert. We arranged medical appointments for the Claimants and the resulting reports from the appointment were sent immediately to the Defendant’s Insurer. The driver was awarded £2,750.00 in personal injury compensation and the passenger was awarded £2,950.00 in compensation
