This informal surgery is designed for SMEs in the North West across all industries and aims to provide you with the secrets of a satisfied and productive workforce.

Satisfied employees are more productive, less stressed and more willing to go that extra mile. Come along and gain some valuable insight into how to successfully manage your people and boost your production for 2013!

A short presentation will be followed by an open floor Q&A giving you the opportunity to ask our experts for advice about any area of Employment Law or any questions you have of a wider Commercial interest.

You can also take advantage of individual time with our team afterwards for free practical advice. Our Wealth Management team will also be there to help answer any queries you have about Employee Benefit Schemes and Auto enrolment.

This event is very much a getting to know you, getting to know us session and we hope to run events of this nature regularly providing you with practical advice on the issues that matter to you. We will provide feedback questionnaires for you to have your say about what you want to learn more about for future sessions.
