Tia Grimshaw

Tia is a commercial property solicitor based in our Poulton-le-Fylde office and covers various aspects of commercial property work including; sales, purchases, re-finances and leases (acting for both Landlord and Tenant).

Tia started working at Vincents Solicitors in November 2020, gaining experience across various departments before deciding that her passion was in Commercial Law and qualified as a commercial property solicitor in March 2023.  Tia graduated from the University of Liverpool with a 1st class LLB (Hons) Law Degree and later completed her Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law, Business and Management with a Distinction at the University of Law.
